For domestic US, free shipping will only apply above $50 purchase or more.

Shipping surcharge may apply to heavy or oversize items. Free Shipping offer cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference could affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.

1. Shipping Policy - Domestic US

What is the Sam shipping policy for (i)domestic US orders, (ii) Canada and PR orders and (iii) international orders?

i. Domestic U.S.

Sam has partnered with USPS, UPS and Fedex to provide service directly to customers in domestic US locations. Free shipping will only apply above $50 or more purchases.  

For USPS domestic services, delivery on the priority mail flat rate boxes will be fast and affordable delivery to every address within the United States. Delivers within 3-5 days in most cases for domestic US . Please allow 1 day for handling and processing time.

ii International Shipping

We highly recommend to mail packages around the world with either USPS , UPS or FedEx which has tracking number and its prices are based on weight, size and destination.

2. Return Policy

What is Sam return policy?

A. Returning Items:

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Sam, keeping the following in mind:

We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective

Any items open ( seal or shrink wrap or box package torn or open ), identification label torn or tamper  on the cosmetic or skincare items , used or tested will be considered as “Used”. will not accept the item with seal or shrink wrap open, identification label torn or tamper , used or tested as return item. However if the items are not open or used or tested, SamHealthyskin will be able to accept returns up to 30 days of receiving the shipment order. Please keep everything in new condition, and keep your packaging for the sake of hassle-free return.

Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care for further assistance. The email address is   

B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately. Click the "Contact Us" tab at the top of our menu or send us an email by writing to  Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected product(s), and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A customer care specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items until you have responded from Customer Care Specialist ( ).

3. Return Shipping and Exchange policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return authorization number (RAN) & return address. Returns or Exchanges must include a RAN number. We are unable to accept any packages without a RAN. 

Once the return number is obtained, please return your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. Your RAN number must be on the outside of shipping box. A full refund less shipping and gift wrap charges, postage & etc will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of merchandise. 

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or tampered. There are no exchange or refund on any items that has been used or do not have its original packaging.

We charge a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit to your card. Credits are only issued for product that has been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold.
